En este capítulo, que también se titulará 'Born This Way', Karofsky (Max Adler) confesará su homosexualidad.
Ryan Murphy, uno de los co-creadores de la serie comentó que adora que esa canción, 'Born This Way', y que será un himno.
Ryan Murphy también dijo:
"El show es optimista por naturaleza y creo que un personaje como Karofsky podría beber alcohol, ingerir drogas o dañarse a si mismo o hacer algo oscuro. Pero también adoro a Max y me encanta el personaje y quiero que tenga un final feliz".

One of the characters from the hit TV series' Glee 'has confirmed that the episode based on the new single of Lady Gaga, "Born This Way', will be released on Tuesday 19 April. In this chapter, also titled 'Born This Way', Karofsky (Max Adler) confess their homosexuality.

"The show is an optimist by nature and I think a character like Karofsky could drink alcohol, take drugs or harming yourself or do something dark. But I also love Max and I love the character and want her to have a happy ending. "
